Trammell Crow Residential Breaks Ground on Third Boston-Area Apartment Development as Multifamily Construction Slows

In what marks its third apartment development in the Boston area since August, Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development platform of Crow Holdings, has begun work on a project in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, at a time when construction has slowed. That's led CoStar analysts to expect the fewest new unit openings in a decade along with rising rent growth above national averages.
