Ivanhoé Cambridge CEO Nathalie Palladitcheff will depart one of the most powerful posts in Canadian real estate within the next 18 to 24 months, as its parent company, pension plan Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, commonly known as CDPQ, announced plans to integrate Ivanhoé Cambridge with its other real estate subsidiary, Otéra Capital.
