Two Pockets of Development Comprise Half of Total Pipeline

A sharp rise in the vacancy rate has given many industrial developers pause in Salt Lake City. After a nearly 500 basis points rise in vacancies in two years, the current construction pipeline has declined by about 8 million square feet, or about 65%, from its 2021 all-time high.
