Wells Fargo mulls 70,000 sq ft Plantation Place exit

Wells Fargo is considering relocating from its London HQ at Plantation Place, EC3, in a move which would deliver a blow to the new owner of the 550,000 sq ft City development.

The US personal and business banking giant has instructed CBRE to look for around 70,000 sq ft of office space in the Square Mile in a possible relocation from Plantation Place (pictured).
