Stirling Council and Legal & General have secured Waitrose as the 58,900 sq ft Burghmuir Retail Park’s anchor tenant on a 25-year lease. Waitrose is taking 37,300 sq ft of space while discount retailer TK Maxx has taken the second of three units on a 10-year lease. The final unit is being marketed.
