After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, the U.S. operator of the Le Pain Quotidien bakery chain, hammered by the coronavirus outbreak, is hoping to keep roughly a third of its nearly 100 locations open through a $3 million sale of those cafes to Aurify Brands.
