Battersea first phase powers up

The first phase of the £8bn redevelopment of Battersea Power Station looks set to gain planning consent after Wandsworth Council planners today recommended 800 homes comprising 1.1m sq ft of floorspace for approval ahead of next week’s committee meeting.
