UCL's £1bn Stratford business campus set for go-ahead

Newham council is poised to sign off an agreement that will see University College London bring forward a £1bn, 3m sq ft research, accommodation and business campus at the Carpenters Estate close to east London’s Olympic Park, CoStar News can reveal.

UCL and Newham announced in November of last year that they had begun a six month exclusivity period with the final aim of building a mixed-use campus on the 23-acre site.
