Trinity Partners is expanding its industrial services division with the hiring of Bradley Dunn as a division partner in its Charlotte, North Carolina, headquarters.

In his new role, Dunn will work with Terry Brennan, a partner and the firm's industrial services platform leader, to expand the company's industrial brokerage team and portfolio across Charlotte and the greater region.

Dunn has over a decade of experience specializing in logistical, industrial, freezer-cooler and manufacturing property transactions. He also has extensive experience in industrial investment sales, acquisitions, tenant representation and landlord representation. He has garnered numerous professional recognitions in his career, including national accolades and consistent recognition as a CoStar Power Broker.

He joins Trinity Partners from Stream Realty Partners, where he began his commercial real estate career as an asset manager in Atlanta, assisting in acquiring over $100 million of assets before transitioning into brokerage. He served as managing director of Stream Atlanta’s industrial division for six years before relocating to Charlotte to serve as senior vice president of Stream Carolinas’ industrial group.

"Bradley’s breadth of experience across the Southeast allows us to leverage our services across the Carolinas and especially in our newest office in Atlanta," Trinity Partners Managing Partner Adam Colvin said in a statement announcing the hire. "It bolsters our presence along the important I-85 corridor and positions us as a leader in the industrial-commercial real estate sector."

Focused on serving corporate users and institutional owners throughout the United States, Trinity Partners currently has over 41 million square feet of office, industrial, mixed-use and retail space in its leasing and management portfolio. In addition to Charlotte and Atlanta, the firm has offices in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina.
