Available space in Minneapolis' small-bay industrial properties remains historically tight

A shortage of industrial space available to small and medium-sized tenants has prevailed in the Twin Cities and across most of the U.S. for over five years, and the industrial building boom that started during the pandemic has done little to remedy the situation.
