The owners of Los Angeles' Hollywood & Highland outdoor mall have unveiled sweeping plans to reinvent the destination shopping center that is tucked in among the entertainment industry's best-known tourist attractions, including the TCL Chinese Theater, the Walk of Fame and the Dolby Theatre, where the Academy Awards are held.
