The operator of private hospitals in London has agreed terms with Sellar Property Group to take the lower floors in the building levels 5,6 & 7 as overflow space. The three floors total 85,197 sq ft. However, the exact size of the deal could fluctuate either way as negotiations between both parties remain ongoing.
