Seattle-based Amazon plans to open its first fulfillment center in Little Rock, Arkansas, a growing distribution hub that puts the retailer within a five-hour drive of growing metropolitan areas such as Oklahoma City; Memphis, Tennessee; and Kansas City, Missouri.
