Silicon Valley has seen a dramatic increase in office vacancy as major tenants, led by tech titans Google and Meta, make their surplus space available for sublease. The office vacancy rate in the key Silicon Valley markets of Menlo Park, Mountain View and Moffett Park has shot above 20% in just the past few weeks.
