Colliers pursues industrial business with Philadelphia hire
Jeff Williams joined Colliers as an executive vice president in its Philadelphia office as the company seeks to expand its industrial-focused services in the region. The company said Williams, who will report to Executive Managing Director Brian Hilger, is a senior partner on the firm’s Golarz industrial team established by Mike Golarz and his brother Tom Golarz. The team represents institutional industrial clients in Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
Williams is a 30-year industry veteran who has represented clients involved in distribution, warehousing and manufacturing. During his career, he completed industrial property transactions involving a total of more than 75 million square feet of space. He most recently worked at JLL, where he served as senior managing director for the Northeast industrial region that contains four states.
Cushman & Wakefield bolsters Houston office services

Cushman & Wakefield said it added three industry veterans to its office agency leasing team in Houston as it looks to grow that business in the market. Eric Siegrist joined the real estate services firm as an executive managing director, and Amanda Nebel and JP Hutcheson joined as executive directors. The trio previously worked at Parkway Properties.
Siegrist, Nebel and Hutcheson have experience in mixed-use, redevelopment and multibuilding properties. Since 2017, they executed transactions involving a total of nearly 9 million square feet and valued at $1.8 billion.
Before he worked at Cushman, Siegrist held leadership roles at JLL, Cassidy Turley and Crescent Real Estate. Nebel also worked previously at JLL and Stream Realty Partners, and Hutcheson worked at JLL, DTZ and Cassidy Turley.
Transwestern targets digital growth with executive promotion
Transwestern promoted Jason Moersch to executive managing director of business intelligence, innovation and technology as it seeks to expand its business in growing data-related industries. The Houston-based real estate services company said Moersch will lead operations related to areas such as data analytics, research and artificial intelligence.
Moersch, who has two decades of experience in information technology, joined Transwestern’s technology services group in 2016. Transwestern said it also promoted Chuck Briese, who has worked with Moersch throughout his tenure, to the role of senior vice president of technology services and information security.
Brennan looks to expand Midwest operations

Brennan Investment Group promoted Sarah O’Halloran to director of operations as it works to boost its Midwest property investments and related client services. O’Halloran joined the Rosemont, Illinois-based company in 2013 as director of marketing and transitioned to leasing the company’s Midwest holdings in 2018.
She was promoted in 2024 to vice president of leasing for Midwest operations and in that role oversaw a portfolio containing 12 million square feet occupied by more than 900 tenants. Led by co-founder and Chairman Michael Brennan, the company launched in 2010 and has an industrial real estate portfolio with properties in 27 states totaling 52 million square feet.
Bainbridge names new Southeast regional leaders

Multifamily investment and development firm The Bainbridge Cos. said it promoted two of its managers to the role of area vice president in growing Southeastern regions. Scott Cramton moved up to vice president of the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina, region, and Jon Chapman assumed the role in its Orlando, Florida office.
Cramton previously worked as a regional manager at Bainbridge, overseeing its North Carolina portfolio. He has nearly three decades of multifamily experience, including prior roles at RKW Residential, BH Management Services and Greystar. Chapman has nearly 25 years of industry experience and previously served as senior regional manager at Bainbridge. He joined the Wellington, Florida-based company firm in 2022. Founded in 1997, Bainbridge also has regional offices in Atlanta; Dallas; Austin, Texas; Bethesda, Maryland; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Tampa, Florida.
