National property consultancy Cluttons has moved its London office headquarters from its long-term home in the West End to the City.
The consultancy also has offices in Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and Reading; as well as a number of residential agency branches across central London and overseas franchises in Lisbon, the Algarve and Malta.
Cluttons has taken a 10-year lease at Yarnwicke on Cannon Street, occupying the entire fourth floor, which comprises 8,551 square feet with access to a roof terrace,bathrooms and concierge services. Cluttons describes it as "one of the most sustainable and high quality office spaces in the City".
It is moving from a long-term home at Portman Place close to Hyde Park in the West End.
Cluttons has been recruiting across a range of areas, hiring senior experts across its core service lines to support residential, infrastructure, occupier, and bank lending clients.
In late 2021, Cluttons launched a Manchester team, establishing the city as its northern hub. The consultancy has now taken a 10-year lease at 26 Cross Street, part of the St Ann’s Square conservation area. The Manchester team has grown to 20 and is planning further growth.

Yarnwicke was formerly known as Sherbourne House and has been refurbished by developer Riverside Capital to BREEAM Excellent standard, with an EPC rating of A. Cluttons advised themselves while RX London advised Riverside Capital.
