Criterion has bought the landmark office block at Trafford House in Cherrydown East for circa £15m from private investor RMD (2000) Trafford Ltd. The building has been empty since Ford vacated it in 2005 and its redevelopment is central to Basildon council's regeneration plans for the town centre.
