Aerium eyes Woking trophy

Aerium, the pan-European real estate investment manager, is in talks to buy Dukes Court in Woking, one of the South East’s plum office headquarters, for circa £60m, CoStar News understands.

The building, which is being sold by DTZ on behalf of a private German investor seeking £62.75m, a net initial yield of 6.7%, comprises 224,431 sq ft of offices on an island site east of Woking Station and bounded by Duke Street, Maybury Road, Chertsey Road and Stanley Road.
