The Sacramento, California-based education institution Highlands Community Charter School has signed a three-year, full-service lease for 16,361 square feet of office space in the city's Howe Ave/Fulton Ave/Watt Ave. submarket. According to its lease agreement, the school plans to move into the space this spring and welcome students in August, just in time for the 2024-2025 academic year.
