M&G set to land HSBC 140,000 sq ft Brum HQ

M&G is on the verge of securing financial services giant HSBC for a 140,000 sq ft new letting at 120 Edmund Street in Birmingham, in what will be one of the city’s largest office deals in recent years, CoStar News can reveal.

The deal, due to complete imminently, is for a new 10-year re-geared lease, with the bank taking an additional 35,000 sq ft of space in its Birmingham headquarters.
