Build-to-rent developer, investor and operator Platform has bought a 1.8-acre riverside site in the centre of Bristol for a 300-home residential development.
 
Located close to Cabot Circus and overlooking the River Frome, the proposed development on Eugene Street comes at a time when there are four operational BTR developments in Bristol city centre, the group said.
