Cleveland Office Demand Remains in the Red Despite Rise in Lease Volume

Quarterly office leasing volume in Cleveland hit its highest level since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic after nearly 580,000 square feet of office space was leased in the third quarter. That number is expected to reach 800,000 square feet as CoStar uncovers more deals, a figure that would be the highest total since 2017.
