The number of multifamily deals in Dallas-Fort Worth is moderating through the end of 2022, with 75 properties totaling 12,014 units trading thus far in the fourth quarter. That is the fewest number of deals since the first half of 2020 when markets froze due to the initial impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
