JLL adds seven brokers in Silicon Valley
Seven brokers joined JLL to staff the company’s new San Jose, California, office. They include George Quinn, who joined as an executive vice president, and Alex Lagemann as a senior managing director. They were previously at Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield, respectively.
Quinn has over two decades of experience in providing leasing, investment and financial strategies to occupiers and investors. Lagemann has almost a decade of experience in Silicon Valley tenant and landlord brokerage. The five other newcomers are Gregory Davies, Sean Toomey and Bryte Bellotti, all joining as managing directors; Mike Covell, who is a senior associate; and Maryjane Archuleta Bengiveno, who serves as an associate.
The San Jose location complements JLL’s space in nearby Menlo Park, California. The San Jose space also allows JLL to provide "clients and brokers more accessibility and flexibility to meet their real estate needs,” executive managing director Bart Lammersen said in a statement.
Davies comes to JLL from Cushman & Wakefield, Toomey and Bengiveno from Colliers and Bellotti from Newmark.
