In a deal that has major ramifications for Tampa's office market, New York Life Insurance Co. signed a full-building lease for Renaissance VII, one of seven buildings in the 70-acre Renaissance Center complex located off Veterans Expressway in the Deerfield neighborhood northwest of Tampa.
