UMH Properties Pays $23 Million for Pikewood Manor

UMH Properties, a public equity REIT headquartered in Freehold, New Jersey, purchased a 488-unit mobile home park in Elyria, Ohio, from Sommer & Sons. Pikewood Manor sold for $23 million, or about $47,000 per unit.
