Real estate services company Lincoln Equities Group and H.I.G. Realty Partners have bought the rolling 1.2 million-square-mile former Bristol-Myers Squibb campus in central New Jersey, a life-sciences area known as "Einstein's Alley," in a bet that more drugmakers will expand their operations in the United States during the pandemic.
