Dutch developer Edge Technologies, part of the OGV Real Estate Group, has overcome objections from the Home Office to its plans for a 27-storey development at 60-68 St Thomas Street in London Bridge, after telling the government department it will be able to retain an immigration centre there until it can find an alternative home.
