The growing trend of offices being converted to residential and hotel properties just hit a new milestone in New York: One Wall Street has begun tours for luxury condominium sales following a five-year, $1.5 billion transformation. The 56-story art deco landmark built in 1931 is now the biggest office-to-residential conversion in the city’s history.
