Thomson Reuters signs 350,000 sq ft deal to bring all London staff under one roof

Thomson Reuters has signed a deal to decamp all of its staff from 30 South Colonnade - recognisable by its revolving news ticker and media board – and move its entire London operations to one 350,000 sq ft Canary Wharf headquarters, CoStar News can reveal.

The media giant has completed its deal to sublease the space from Credit Suisse at 5 Canada Square, E14, which is held on a lease until 2027. Thomson Reuters agreed terms on the deal last summer, however it was thought at that time that the firm would take 30 South Colonnade in addition to its current base.
