COVID-19 prevention measures have accelerated e-commerce adoption among consumers, resulting in strong online sales figures for retailers that offer one-stop shopping and efficient delivery options, such as Target, Walmart and Amazon. While it seems the rising tide of online shopper demand is lifting all e-commerce boats, Amazon appears all but certain to retain its standing for most online sales.
