Thai chain Chaophraya will open a 5,500 sq ft restaurant at Eldon Square’s new roof terrace on a 20 year lease, with diners accessing the restaurant via a scenic lift to the rooftop. ASK Italian will take 4,000 sq ft on a 25 year lease, joining Tapas Revolution and The Alchemist on the lower level of Grey’s Quarter.
