Oxford secures CBRE at City HQ

Oxford Properties, the global real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System, has agreed the restructuring of the lease of CBRE’s 106,218 sq ft central London headquarters at St Martin’s Court, Paternoster Square.
