Royal London buys Romford retail park for £56m

Royal London has bought Gallows Corner Retail Park in Romford from Aberdeen Asset Management for £56m, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.23%.

The 92,500 sq ft prime East London asset, which has been purchased by the Royal London Pension Property Fund, is the dominant park for its catchment area and is let to DFS, Next, Argos, Magnet, Halfords, Furniture Village and Harveys.
