Texas' status as a non-disclosure state makes transaction volume in Houston difficult to pin down. The total number of industrial transactions during the first three quarters of 2024 totaled 744. At that pace, total transactions for the year would be around 992, the lowest tally since 2016, at the height of the oil bust.
