intu completes £410m Merry Hill stake buy

intu Properties has completed its acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in the Merry Hill shopping centre estate in Dudley in the West Midlands for £410m, a deal first revealed by CoStar News.

CoStar News revealed last Wednesday that intu was in talks to take full ownership of the centre in one of the largest mall transactions of recent years, prompting a stock market announcement on Thursday from intu confirming the deal.
