The last surge of new office inventory almost complete in Vancouver

Over the remaining months of this year, pending any last-minute delays, the city of Vancouver can expect to see the last major contributions to its office inventory that will result in further unwinding of vacancy rates. Since the start of 2022, the city has welcomed nearly 2.8 million square feet of space, the equivalent of 6.5% of the office inventory at that time.
