Aberdeen sells Leicester's Haymarket Towers for £30m

Aberdeen Asset Management has sold the Haymarket Towers in Leicester for £30m to Fairacre, in a deal reflecting a yield of around 7%, CoStar News can reveal.

The 171,292 sq ft shopping site, which inherited its name from the three towers on the building, is located in Leicester town centre opposite Haymarket Shopping Centre and is let to retailers including Marks & Spencer, New Look and Barclays.
