Five years after uprooting from San Diego, the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers have finally settled on a headquarters site, committing to a 145,000-square-foot office and training facility in El Segundo, California, a rapidly expanding commercial market just minutes from the team's home at the $5 billion SoFi Stadium.
