Aviva investors' recently-launched Multi-Sector Private Debt Long Term Asset Fund has completed a £40.3 million debt facility with Brydell Partners, a private UK real estate investment firm, backing a campus development in Cambridge.
It is the first real estate debt investment to be made by Aviva Investors’ MSPD LTAF since its launch in November, as reported.
