St Modwen wins consent for Lidl store at Wolverton works

St. Modwen has been given the green light for a new 26,672 sq ft Lidl foodstore on the site of the historic railway works in Wolverton, Milton Keynes.

The development is the first phase of the £100m regeneration of Wolverton Works, one of the first purpose-built railway towns established in 1838 by the London & Birmingham Railway Company to house its operations and staff.
