Indonesian real estate group Sinar Mas Land has sold 33 Horseferry Road, the Department for Transport's offices near Westminster, for £247.5 million to Lembaga Tabung Haji, the Malaysian state-owned firm that funds pilgrimages to Mecca by making Sharia-compliant investments.
