Dallas-Fort Worth holds top spot for the largest industrial construction projects

The past few years could best be characterized as the rise of the “big bomber” industrial sites throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. The region has fallen in love with these buildings that span half-a-million square feet or greater thanks to their propensity to attract many of the highest-profile industrial users. Since 2020 alone, 118 of these sites have been brought to market, nearly 30% more than the entire preceding decade of construction.
