Patron Capital, the pan-European institutional investor focused on property-backed investments, has appointed Gareth Henry to the newly created role of Global Head of Investor Relations. This follows the recent close of Patron Capital’s sixth fund, which raised €844m ($1.038 billion), including approximately €128m of co-investment capital.
