Centurion Asset Management made a splash last quarter when it announced it was buying a two-thirds stake in a 30-property multifamily portfolio in Montreal in the largest single multifamily deal in Quebec history. Now, Canada's second-largest apartment landlord revealed it is buying the remaining stake from Quebec-based Habitations Trigone.
