Legal & General shops next door at Worcester's Elgar Retail Park

Legal & General Investment Management has acquired the Elgar Retail Park in Worcester for approximately £29m, in a deal that will give the company control of two neighbouring shopping parks, CoStar News understands.

The park, named after the famous Worcestershire-born classical composer, spans 130,000 sq ft and is let to tenants including Homebase, Halfords, Next and Dunelm.
