Apache/Moda secure PBB £85m senior debt for Manchester PRS scheme

Apache Capital Partners and Moda Living have secured an £85m senior debt financing with PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on the Angel Gardens private rented sector residential tower development in Manchester.

Apache Capital Partners, the London and Gulf based private real estate investment management firm, alongside joint venture partner Moda Living, the developer and operator of private rented housing, are developing a 34-storey, 466 apartment premium Private Rented Sector scheme in the centre of Manchester.
