Demand for Orlando office space was weakest on record in 2024

Forecast projects some limited, but very slow, improvement in 2025

Last year was, in many ways, a tough one for the office sector in Orlando. Office space demand set a record in 2024, but not the kind to be celebrated. Office tenants still working to right-size their leased footprints held down the pace of net absorption, which had its worst year on record, with more than half a million square feet of negative demand occurring.
