Software Company Moves Austin, Texas, Headquarters Into Building Next Door

An Austin, Texas-based software company has relocated its headquarters into the building next door to give it more space that reflects its new flexible working environment.
 
Epicor Software, which specializes in enterprise software for the automotive, building supply, distribution, manufacturing and retail industries, leased 45,496 square feet at Las Cimas II in Southwest Austin and moved into the new space in July. Epicor takes up the entire fourth floor of Las Cimas II and 4,653 square feet on the building’s first floor.
