Colliers has appointed Tom Bolland as head of client experience, occupier services EMEA, CoStar News can reveal.
Bolland will take up the role on 25 June and will be based at Colliers’ EMEA headquarters in London.
He will join the EMEA occupier services executive leadership team. Colliers said he will work closely with service line and country leaders.
Bolland joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was head of occupier solutions in the UK.
He brings international experience, having held senior positions at Colliers in Hong Kong, where he worked with occupier clients on regional portfolios, enterprise account growth and integrated service delivery.
Andrew Hallissey, chief executive, Occupier Services Global and EMEA, said in a statement: “Tom’s appointment reflects the growing importance of client experience as a strategic differentiator for occupiers navigating increasingly complex real estate challenges. His international experience, deep understanding of enterprise clients and strong commercial focus will be instrumental as we continue to grow our occupier services business across EMEA and strengthen the value we deliver to our clients.”
Bolland added: “I’m excited to be stepping into this role at a time when the expectations of occupier clients are evolving so rapidly. Client experience is about far more than service delivery. It’s about insight, consistency and truly aligning business and real estate strategies.”
